APPOINTMENTS: Please call us to schedule an appointment at 718-465-3040. If you must cancel, please give 24 hours notice so another patient may use that time.

Please do not call the answering service to schedule appointments. If you do need to make an appointment, call the office during business hours. Please keep us informed about changes in your address or insurance plan.
CALLING THE DOCTOR: We strive to return calls promptly. If a non-life threatening emergency occurs after normal office hours,all the office and give your name, phone number and a clear, brief description of the emergency to our 24-hour answering service. They will contact the covering physician who will return your call as quickly as possible. The answering service is strictly for emergencies that cannot wait for the next business day.
On weekends and holidays we ask you to postpone non-urgent calls until the next business day. Please do not state a call is urgent if it is not.
PRESCRIPTIONS: Prescription refills must be requested during office hours only.
BILLING: Most billing questions can be answered by our office personnel. Payment is expected at appointment time or when a procedure is performed. If we have billed you, please pay promptly.
TEST RESULTS: Lab results are personal and confidential. Our policy does not permit us to discuss lab results on the telephone unless there are extenuating circumstances.
INSURANCE: We accept 1199, GHI, Medicare, Blue-Cross, Oxford, HIP, United Healthcare, Fidelis, Magnacare, Aetna, Metroplus, Affinity, Humana and most unions plans. Please call us if you have any doubts or questions.
